What to expect when you arrive
The entrance to Aurum Medicine & Wellness Clinic is located at street level right on Bloor Street West. You’ll take the elevator or stairs to the third floor, suite 302. You can check in at the reception desk or through the QR code using your phone, and then take a seat in the waiting area until Robin comes to greet you. Washrooms are available down the hall on the third floor.

Cancellation policy
Appointments must be cancelled through the Jane app at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time or the full fee for the session will apply.
